What time is it?

how much time?
No...
Not now...
It’s too early…
I'm not just ready…
I haven’t completed it yet…
I’m not primed to start as of now…
I haven’t made up my mind about this…
I’m still thinking and I guess I may decide soon…
Procrastinate, postpone, delay and then again adjourne. It just seems like it’s never the right time is it? Never right enough to start your diet or exercise, never good enough time to clean your desk, or remove those 45 icons from your desktop even though they can be sorted in a jiffy, certainly not time enough to show affection to your partner or to break that cord when the relationship is already in shambles, time to have kids, time to read stories to them, time to speak the truth, time to own up, time to apologize. Seriously if not for all this, what do you think you have the time for right now?
Sort yourself
The muddle is not on your desktop or your desk. It’s inside your mind. What you see around you is merely a reflection of what lies within you. You usually know what you must do and when you have to do it. You don't need others to make timetables for you. You know right now that those 9 pounds of weight on your belly must go. You know you haven’t pleased your wife for a while now or that your husband needs your affection today, but you fail to accommodate that in those ‘wee little’ 24 hours of your day in which our magnanimous earth manages to rotate a bursting 360 degrees around itself and offer you the sun, the breeze, an occasional shower, a beautiful dawn and an appealing dusk. You just have all those phone calls and appointments and busy schedules and presentations and meetings; gosh you are so rich you have it all; you just don't have the time to do what you know you really need to…
You are not immortal
Nothing lasts forever, not even you. You need to know that, yet continue to live your life to the fullest it can get. We are all limited editions. We play our part and we vanish. Not really sure about reincarnation. And not that we wait for a next life to do what we had set out to. It's all here. And if it is, it is now. You must never lose track of that truth.
The clock is ticking
It’s 5.29 PM right now. Friday the 26th of October 2012. This time reading will repeat itself in the same time zone in just 24 hours. A Friday will emerge within 7 days. 26h will come by again in one month from now. Wow, even October will be here again in just a year. But 5.29 PM on Friday the 26th of October 2012 will never ever come by again. This moment has passed and will never cross your way in this existence again. You will have memories; not of the pleasure of this bright instant, but of all that you missed because you failed to cease this moment and it just passed you by. You are powerless. You can remove the batteries of your wall clock but you cannot make time stand still. As hard as you may try, it’s just always ticking away…
Cease it!
Grab that moment today. And cease it forever. You don't need voice recordings or photographs or videos to keep special memories. And until you get a pathological brain condition, these moments will be retrievable when you need them. Act now. Because your now needs you. Stop dawdling and take that plunge. You know who you are and you know what you need (the push to allow you the free fall). Once you start following your head and heart together, you will do what is right for you. You will notice that you no longer find excuses and justifications when things go wrong. You spend your time making, more than breaking. And at the end of it, you relish the triumph that you truly deserve…
