It's a new day!

it's a new day!
There come those days when you fail to assess rightly who you truly are, why you actually exist and what indeed is the purpose of life. Self-esteem today has been added to the gamut of basic human needs. According to Maslow’s hierarchy, one cannot soar to the heights of actualization without fulfillment of the need for self-worth. Respect from the external environment as well as from within oneself seem imperative for serenity; however greater the focus on the self; higher are the chances of peace. The sun rises each day, deliberately and consistently; it offers its warmth and radiance with impartiality. Each one is offered equal opportunities; they simply choose to use them differently. That is what makes all the difference…
Humanism
Every human being, with no exception, is worthy of unconditional respect of everybody else; he deserves to esteem himself and to be esteemed by those around him. Humanism may entail more idealism than reality; nonetheless it is the desirable goal for the world. One can start with loving oneself and reduce the self-beating, thereby decreasing the forced self-inflicted helplessness.
Adding meaning
There are no fixed guidelines that one can follow as a standard to assess the value of ones’ subsistence. It’s all about assessment of personal roles and the level of fulfillment of the same. One can live for several years and still not find purpose. However to be an actualized soul, it benefits to have an element of self-assessment in the positions fulfilled in life, to allow for self-growth and betterment. You need to know yourself to raise yourself. There is no comparative without the positive (you cannot get better if you’re not good to start with!)
Get a transfusion B+ve?
The ability to see the glass as half full and work towards filling it to the brim takes willful determination. When full it will in fact run over and you will spread a share of your happiness and positivism to those around you too. It’s always easy to say that the world did not treat you right. Or that you were not loved ‘enough’. Or no one ‘helped’ you.  If only you accept that there is no right and nothing is ever enough and we have to help ourselves. If only we knew the universal truth that we are here for ourselves and we ‘make’ our happiness around our own self, we would seldom intrude in our own path of advancement.
Existence
Each one who exists essentially does so in the present. Life itself emphasizes the importance of the current moment and prevailing state of events. The present tense demands the most alert focus. It’s important to deal with every trouble when it strikes. Each individual—not society or religion—is solely responsible for giving meaning to life and living it passionately and sincerely ("genuinely"). One is free to select or deselect the "genuineness" from life’s checklist. Adding meaning to life is as significant as breathing. There is no purpose to life other than making it purposeful.
Bask in the sunshine
A peacefully warm and sunny day exudes hope. The sun rises each day, no matter what. The world may not be the best place but it’s not that bad either. One cannot think, feel or act without the perception of a positive outcome; that is what faith truly is. The sun may be masked by clouds on occasion; however its energy is intense yet benevolent. Feel it, know it and try to be it. It’s a new world each day!
