Criticism involves judgments on merits as well as faults. It
may or may not be welcome, but taken in the right vein it can be a tool to
motivate self improvement and growth. Criticism is of great value when it comes
from reliable sources and is well presented. Nonetheless viewpoints and
prejudices of narrow-minded and self-prophesizing individuals may amount to
destructive criticism and can impact others negatively. How the world presents
things to us isn’t in our control but what we choose to do with it truly is.

Truth about paranoia
Thinking wrong…
Fruitful thought processes are those that
lead to pleasurable emotions, satisfying feelings and beneficial outcomes for
all. It’s not uncommon to think negatively, worry excessively and ponder
repeatedly over negative and worrisome possibilities (not even realities!) And
it costs us the happiness and peace of a lifetime; yet we cling on to thought
processes that disrupt relationships, destroy friendships and break connects. Faulty
thoughts have specific recipes. So does disaster. If you know what messes the
dish, there’s a possibility that you can beware of those ingredients…
